A legal 500 firm is recruiting for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join their Manchester team.
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a court of protection paralegal to assist solicitors with drafting documents, conducting research, preparing court applications and having contact with clients. Successful candidate must have previous paralegal experience preferably within court of protection.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a family solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational skills to be able to deal with sensitive matters under time constraints.
- Keep in contact with clients, families, medical professional and social workers.
- Able to work as part of an existing team.
- Genuine interest and passion for court of protection.
- Comply with the SRA Code of Conduct and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
