Conveyancing Lawyer
Our client is recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their North West team.
Role Overview
You will join a well-established Conveyancing team to support with file opening to completion, support and coach paralegals, provide clients with legal advice and ensure files are billed correctly. Successful candidate must have previous conveyancing experience.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a conveyancing solicitor who can demonstrate:
- 3 years PQE experience managing a property portfolio of cases.
- Manage own caseload with a thorough understanding of property law.
- Experience with ProClaim and Redbrick Case management.
- Manage client expectations while proactively managing the transaction.
- Excellent organisational skills to deal with strict time constraints.
