Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Leeds
Commercial Litigation Solicitor 3-5 years pqe is required by top rated Leeds law firm that undertakes a range of contentious matters for large national and international companies.You will undertake a broad litigation role that will include international arbitration and litigation matters. Areas this team are involved in include warranty claims, insurance disputes, defamation disputes, merger disputes, IP and pensions disputes.
There are currently two roles, one doing pure commercial litigation and the other pensions litigation. Suitable candidates are likely to be working in a national law firm and be used to heavyweight international litigation.
