Location: Manchester/Blackburn
Salary: up to £52,000 depending on experience
Role Overview An established and client-focused firm, renowned for delivering expert legal support and HR consultancy, is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to manage a privately funded and Legal Aid caseload. Based in either Manchester or Blackburn, this role involves handling divorce, finances, Children Act matters, and some advocacy work. The position offers a dynamic, supportive environment where relationship building and legal excellence are key.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Minimum 2 years PQE in Family Law
- SRA Family Law Accreditation (essential)
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Experience with both private and Legal Aid family matters
- Strong advocacy and client relationship management skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding financial and performance targets
- Confident in marketing and contributing to business development activities
