Role Overview
Join an award-winning Social Housing and Regeneration team as a Disrepair/Housing Management Solicitor. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on housing condition claims and housing management issues for registered providers of social housing. You will provide legal advice, handle a variety of litigation matters, and represent clients in the County Court. Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
To be successful, you should have:
- NQ – 3 years PQE, with specific experience in disrepair or housing condition claims.
- Strong knowledge of social housing law, including property law and tenancy agreements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical legal issues into clear advice.
- Experience in managing a caseload of housing-related legal matters.
- Strong advocacy skills, with a proven ability to represent clients in the County Court.
- Experience handling social housing or asset management legal matters.
- A client-focused, solution-driven approach to legal challenges.
