You will deal with a mix of IP litigation including copyright, design rights, breach of trust/confidence actions, patent and trademarks. Bright ambitious solicitor required to deal with a mix of IP litigation including copyright, design rights, breach of trust/confidence actions, patent and trademarks. You will have gained your experience in either a reputable IP practice or substantial in-house department. A science background would be a bonus but is not a necessity. Expert team working with well known brands offering a mix of high level, interesting work.
