A Top 40 law firm is recruiting for a Casualty Litigation Defence Lawyer to join their Glasgow team.
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a solicitor to join their casualty fraud team handling your own caseload of pre and litigated disease claims, EL/PL claims, motor/fraud and complex claims. Successful candidates must have experience handling defendant personal injury claims.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Must be a qualified solicitor in Scotland with previous experience at managing defendant personal injury claims
- Excellent knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedure.
- Excellent organisational skills to deal with your caseload effectively.
- Achieve set chargeable hours and financial targets.
- Able to work as part of an existing team.
