Experienced residential conveyancer required for long standing Lincolnshire law firm.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling their own caseload of residential property cases.
You will deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial contact through to completion with the help of a number of assistants.
You will be experienced in dealing with various residential conveyancing matters from standard residential sales and purchase through to new build, transfer of equity and remortgage cases. You will be able to handle a caseload of both freehold and leasehold cases with no to minimum supervision.
You will be an experienced paralegal, legal executive or Solicitor.
Salary to £35,000 though may increase for the right candidate plus a range of benefits and genorous holiday entitlement.
