HEALTHCARE LAWYER

A healthcare lawyer is required to deal with a mix of inquest and advisory work for this recognised team based out of its London office.

Role Overview

This firm is independently recognised as a leader in all areas of healthcare work. They are looking for a solicitor who can deal with advisory work which will include inquests, Court of Protection, mental health, intervention in treatment and general advisory work.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking and healthcare lawyer with the following experience/characteristics:

Solicitor with previous experience in the above areas of work.
Inquest experience would be an advantage
Able to develop relationships with important clients and their key contacts. You will be expected to interact with senior management in the NHS.
The role will be supervised and Newly Qualified candidates will be considered. Those already qualified and with accumulated pqe will be given more responsibility.
Keen interest in healthcare work and a desire to develop in this area of work.
