HEALTHCARE LAWYER

UK law firm with a strong national presence is looking for a healthcare lawyer to join its team working out of central London.

Role Overview
This firm is independently recognised as a leading firm in healthcare sector work. This role would see you join the advisory team which deals with a variety of work including:

Mental health
Court of Protection
Mental capacity and deprivation of liberty
Inquests
Medical treatment decisions and welfare planning disputes
Safeguarding
Access and funding disputes

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking an healthcare lawyer with the following experience/characteristics:

Qualified solicitor or barrister. To enable expansion my client is looking to recruit more than one lawyer and anyone with a minimum of a year’s post qualifcation experience will be considered.
Previous experience dealing with in inquests, court of protection or mental health work.
Able to develop relationships with important clients and their key contacts.
