A fraud paralegal is required by this top 50 laws to work in their Greater Manchester offices.
Role Overview
You will run a reduced caseload of pre litigated cases on behalf of the MIB under their Uninsured and Untraced Driver’s Agreements. The caseload will consist of a range of suspected fraudulent claims consisting of the following types of claim:
- RTA induced collisions
- RTA Bogus Passenger Claims
- RTA Staged/Contrived
- RTA Fraudulent Exaggeration
- Low Speed Impact
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a fraud paralegal with the following experience/characteristics:
- Experience of handling pre-litigated case load
- High level of analytical skills
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work, keep to deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
