Family Law Solicitor – to £50,000 – Derbyshire

A family law solicitor is required by a top Derbyshire law firm to work alongside the Heads of Department in each Private Client discipline.

Role Overview

In this role, you will provide the highest quality advice across a range of privately funded family law matters and disputes including divorce and financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, surrogacy, cohabitee disputes and pre and post nuptial agreements

You will assist the Department Head by carrying out the allocated duties in a professional and efficient manner, meeting with clients’ needs whilst contributing to the overall cost-effective management and success of the department.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a family law solicitor with the following experience/characteristics:

Qualified Solicitor and/or Legal Executive
Have excellent knowledge of all areas of Family Law and experience of providing high quality advice (at least 5 years post qualification experience)
