Role Overview

Are you an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a passion for Employment Law? Join this dynamic team at a national law firm with local roots. As a key member of the Birmingham Employment team, you’ll handle challenging Tribunal cases funded by Legal Expenses Insurance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on both Claimant and Respondent matters, utilising your expertise to achieve favourable outcomes for clients. You’ll receive extensive support and training, contributing to your professional growth from day one.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years PQE, or equivalent experience, in Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record representing clients in Employment Tribunals and a genuine enthusiasm for this area of law. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organisational skills, and demonstrate the ability to mentor and collaborate with colleagues. Experience with legal expenses insurance-funded cases is desirable but not essential.
