A Dispute Resolution Solicitor is required for this well respected law firm to join its team based in Chester.
Role Overview
This is the chance to join a team handling a diverse range of disputes for private and commercial clients including procurement disputes, contentious insolvency disputes, contentious bankruptcy, fraud, shareholder disputes, breach of warranty claims, professional negligence and contentious probate.
The firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Broad range of litigation/dispute resolution knowledge
- 3-6 yrs PQE
- Would suit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Ablility to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Willingness to get involved in developing the department and client relationships
- Commercial awareness
