Strong regional practice are looking for a corporate solicitor to join their Newcastle office. Ideal candidates will be 2-8 years pqe and be able to work on corporate transactions both independently and as part of a team. You can expect to be involved in large and small mergers, acquisitions, private equity, commercial contracts and JV’s.
This team are Legal 500 listed and can offer continued promotion prospects and a mixed case load.
