Corporate Solicitor, Leeds
Solid mid tier law firm in Leeds are looking for a corporate finance solicitor. You will work on mainly private company work for small to medium sixed businesses across Yorkshire and beyond.
The team will expect that you will have the capacity to do mainly corporate work but also some commercial and banking if the need arises. You will deal with a full array of corporate work including business start-ups and formations, mergers and acquisitions, drafting of shareholder agreements, disposals and reorganisations and joint ventures.
Candidates in the region of 3 yrs pqe with demonstrable commercial awareness are preferred.
