Senior corporate solicitor required for an expanding East Yorkshire law firm. You must have extensive corporate experience with OMBs and SME’s in particular, providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, funding and join ventures.
Key to this role is knowledge of the East Yorkshire business community and demonstrable connections to key business sectors within it. Open to senior associates and Partners looking for a fresh challenge.
