Successful East Yorkshire law firm have an opening for a junior corporate solicitor to join their team. You will assist them in advising on all aspects of corporate law and commercial law affecting private companies. This may extend to M&A work, private equity, share shemes, MBO’s, corporate governance and some commercial agreements.
Opportunity to join a stable, busy team with an outstanding reputation. NQ’s can be considered with evidence of a corporate seat. Open to call candidates who are 0-3 years pqe.
