Our client are a national law firm with offices across the country. They are looking to add a commercial property solicitor to their Leeds office. The role will cover a full range of property related legal issues with an emphasis upon site acquisition and development projects,

Those with experience of development agreements, conditional contracts and portfolio sales and disposals are of most interest. You will help develop business locally and become a key figure in small but growing team. Candidates who are in the region of 2-5 years pqe are of most interest.
