This well established Legal 500 firm are looking for a Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-3 PQE to join their growing firm in Nottingham.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be at the forefront of advocating for individuals who have suffered from medical malpractice. Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients to secure the compensation they deserve.

Candidate Profile

This firm are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with the following experience/ qualifications:

A qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
Expertise in clinical negligence law, with a successful track record handling complex cases (Claimant experience preferred but not essential).
Exceptional litigation and negotiation skills, with the ability to passionately advocate on behalf of clients.
Excellent legal research and analytical abilities to build solid case strategies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to clients.
