Anakin Seal has adopted Hope for Justice
as one of its Corporate Social Responsibility Projects.
Hope for Justice is a charity run organisation aiming for a lasting solution
to the problem of human trafficking. They have made great progress so far with a
growing staff team including a lawyer and specialist investigators who are committed
to making their vision a reality. Their volunteer team includes thousands of people
across the UK and Europe who support the cause by getting involved in ActForJustice
groups, fundraising and campaigning for change.
The issue Hope for Justice are fighting against, human trafficking, is the sale,
transport and profit from people who are forced to work for others against their
will. Children as young as three years old are being sold into slavery in the UK
for sex, drugs and domestic servitude. Worldwide there are 27 million people in
slavery and there are 1000 children at risk of sexual exploitation in London alone.
