Professional Negligence Solicitor - Oxfordshire - 3yrs+As a confident, capable and experienced assistant or associate solicitor, you will be able to hit the ground running upon joining this well respected Professional Negligence team. The successful candidate should be able to work on unassisted on a wide range of high quality negligence claims which will include a number of claims against a variety of professionals (solicitors, surveyors, lenders, developers) and in particular you will possess solid experience of handling sub-prime mortgage repossession claims on domestic properties and also claims against those involved in the lending process. The successful candidate will have gained at least 3 years+ solid/good experience of dealing with professional negligence claims from well established regional or niche negligence practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle challenging and interesting handling negligence work within a well established and supportive team. While this is a maternity cover opportunity (4-6 months), there is every likelihood that this position will extend and become permanent.
