Description:
Excellent opportunity for a paralegal or legal executive with experience in personal injury to join this established Yorkshire firm. The team deal with predominantly small claims and fast track claimant RTA files. The successful applicant will have at least 6 months experience in personal injury, this can be either in a fee earning or assistant paralegal role.
You will be familiar with the RTA claims process and be confident taking the initial instruction, dealing with medical reports, taking witness statements and negotiating liability. Experience in litigation is not essential as full training will be given. This is an excellent role for someone looking to really develop their career in personal injury. The successful applicant will undertake a training programme for 6-12 months, at the end of which there will be a salary increase to £23,000. Ref: 468136/AGI
