Employment Assistant Solicitor - BirminghamThis expanding Legal 500 midlands practice is currently seeking a junior lawyer to join its growing department. The department currently advises a wide range of clients from board level to generalist HR practitioners on a mixed bag of contention and non contentious employment matters. In respect of this particular role, the successful candidate will possess general employment experiences and will be keen to be involved in handling Equal Pay employment issues. It is important that the ideal candidate is able to demonstrate good commercial awareness and is able to focus on generating commercially viable and practical solutions for clients.
