Law Costs Draftsman - SouthamptonAn experienced costs draftsman with sound experience of handling a broad range of Personal Injury costs matters is being sought by this large regional practice. The ideal candidate will possess solid prior experiences of drafting bills of costs and schedules, recovery of costs, preparing replies/points of dispute, handling/dealing with advocacy at assessment hearings and much more. Experiences of handling defendant insurance litigation issues including clinical negligence, occupational disease, professional indemnity, construction and property insurance and recovery is ideal. As the team act for some very large clients, the successful candidate will be required to be hit the ground running, possess excellent interpersonal and client handling skills as well as developed reasoning and negotiation skills.
