Technology/Outsourcing Associate Solicitor - LondonLeading top 20 UK law firm with expertise in advsing on IT Contracts, Outsourcing and E-commerce Law requires an additional technology lawyer. The client currently advises the full range of clients (from SMEs to FTSE100 and global corporate's) on a variety of major commercial issues to include Software, IT, Ttechnology Outsourcing contracts, Data Protection, Licensing agreements and E-Commerce matters. In your current role, you will already have gained solid experience of drafting, advising and negotiating at all levels of the commercial chain and in handing a variety of commercial transactions.The position also offers the opportunity to work with a diverse roster of national and international clients on a variety of projects. With strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills gained from a large national or city practice, the role would suit a highly confident associate with at least 4yrs+ experience looking for a new challenge within a firm that will significantly enhance his/her long term career prospects and client contact/exposure.
