Insurance Litigation/Defendant PI - Partner/Associate - North WestAs part of its continued expansion programme, this leading insurance practice is seeking to recruit an additional senior fee earner (preferably a senior associate/junior partner) to join its expanding department. This firm is a well established practice and as such, the candidate will be working alongside and with leading expertise within this field. Due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate will already be an established partner with a proven track record of delivery or an ambitions senior associate keen to make his/her mark. This is a varied and diverse role which will involve handling higher value catastrophic motor claims for a various insurers as well as dealing with a caseload of Fast-track, Multi-track and high value claims. While Criminal, Motor Fraud, Industrial Disease and EL/PL experience are desirable this is not essential. What "IS" essential, is that the successful candidate possesses excellent client care skills including solid analytical, organisational and communication skills. In return, the firm is able to provide a role which offers the successful candidate the opportunity to market his/her long term potential and capabilities while dealing with a varied and exciting workload.
