Solid commercial firm in Leeds is looking for an addition to their costs team. The team deal predominantly with defendant costs on behalf of insurance claims, including EL, PL, RTA and catastrophic injury. The successful applicant will have experience managing a full costs caseload including drafting, negotiation and advocacy. Ideally you will have experience of defendant costs, but those with a claimant background will be considered.
