Corporate Assistant/Associate - Milton KeynesThis Corporate team currently acts for a wide range of private and public companies, individuals and SMEs amongst many others providing a myriad of corporate services. Matters dealt with include public and private M&A work, joint ventures, MBO's/MBI's to floatation and privatisation transactions and some equity work. It is now seeking to expand the team with a senior assistant/associate who possesses a viable service track record of working and delivering on a wide variety of large, complex corporate transactions. As this is a key appointment within the team, the successful candidate will possess strong technical and commercial skills and some supervisory capabilities relating to the team in general and more junior fee earners in particular. This role would suit a highly confident solicitor with at least 3 years+ experiences looking for a new challenge within a firm that will significantly enhance his/her long term career prospects.
