Commercial Assistant/Associate Solicitor- BirminghamThis is a fantastic opportunity for the right assistant / associate candidate to take a key role in the future growth and development of this expanding practice. Our client is a growing practice currently handling a variety of major commercial high quality and complex healthcare corporate, commercial and projects work for the NHS and other healthcare bodies from the independent, private and voluntary sectors. It is now looking to recruit an experienced solicitor to join its expanding team. In this role, you will be undertaking a wide range of commercial and contractual based advisory and transactional work, which will include strategic public procurement, outsourcing, NHS LIFT projects, Transforming Community Services, clinical services contracting and several forms of public private partnership (PPP). As you will be working with its diverse roster of commercial clients on a variety of projects, the successful candidate must possess strong technical drafting and negotiation skills gained from a large national or city practice. This role would suit a highly confident assistant / associate, looking for a new challenge within a firm that will significantly enhance his/her long term career prospects.
