Project Finance Solicitor A Project Finance Solicitor is sought to join this very highly regarded commercial law firm based in Cambridge. The ideal Project Finance Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 3 years post qualification with a leading national or City law firm. The team act for funders, private sector consortia and the public sector on matters including; drafting and negotiating a wide range of project related senior and subordinated finance documentation, drafting and negotiating fixed and floating security arrangements and complex priority, subordination, intercreditor documentation and hedging arrangements and undertaking debt funded projects.Candidates will also be expected to play a key role in business development and will be asked to support the partners in the supervision of the team. A link to Cambridge will be advantageous however, applications are welcome from candidates currently in the City who are looking to make a move and would like to maintain a high quality case load. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Finance Solicitor to join on of the leading Project Finance teams in the UK.The firm offer an excellent remuneration package.
