Defendant Personal Injury fee earner sought by market leading defendant insurance practice to undertake litigated defendant RTA work. This is a nationally renowned market leading firm in the defendant insurance sector. The defendant personal injury team is an integral part of the wider business and the successful paralegal, legal executive or fee earner will join a team of specialist defendant personal injury earners, with the emphasis on caseloads or RTA claimant defendant work.
