Family solicitor with significant private family law experience required to join a busy West Yorkshire practice.Key to this role is proven and demonstrable management experience. It is essential you manage a team of lawyers (not just one or two colleagues) and can motivate and develop the family team across all offices, help to achieve KPIs, manage work allocation, attendance, performance, recruitment, profitability, business development and WIP. The suitable candidate may or may nor be an existing partner. Partnership is on offer for candidates looking to make the step. You will be joining a well known firm where there are endless opportunities to grow and manage this successful team. This is a full time role for candidates with the specific skills listed above.
