Our current growth plans mean we are now looking to recruit an additional recruitment consultant to join our expanding Birmingham office. The role would suit a dynamic and commercially astute individual – either an established recruiter looking for more autonomy and seeking a defined career path outside the standard KPI-driven culture or a qualified solicitor/fee earner seeking a new career challenge. The successful candidate will be technically adept, commercially astute and possess a proven track record of service delivery and client developmental skills. He/she will also be a team player with solid communication and organisational skills.
