Tom Crampton
Divisional Director

I am the Divisional Director of Anakin Seal, responsible for running the business nationally. I currently recruit fee earners at all levels of qualification in Manchester, focusing predominantly on contentious disciplines.

I have eleven years experience recruiting legal fee earners into private practice in the North of England. I trained in the Leeds office of DAC Beachcroft (then Beachcroft), qualifying as a solicitor in 2000. Before this I did a Law with French degree at Leeds University, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the College of law in Chester.

Emma Pallier
Associate Director

I am an Associate Director of Anakin Seal dealing with qualified solicitor roles from NQ through to Partner level in Yorkshire and the North East.

I graduated from the University of Manchester with a First Class Honours degree in Law. I trained with a top ten City firm which included a 6-month secondment to Hong Kong. I was admitted as a Solicitor in 2002 and subsequently practiced as a corporate lawyer for 2 high profile commercial practices in the North of England. I joined Anakin Seal in 2004.

Paul Duffy
Manager

I have over eight years experience in recruiting legal professionals at all levels from paralegals and legal executives through to newly qualified solicitors, solicitors, associates, partners and teams. This has been gained working with clients in private practice across the West and East Midlands and East Anglia from sole practitioners through to international law firms.

I offer advice to candidates seeking a new opportunity or general information relating to the legal recruitment market. I also work with private practice law firms in recruiting the very best talent on the market as well as providing advice on salary levels and market trends. I joined Anakin Seal Legal in November 2011 and currently manage the Birmingham team.

Joe Gregory
Senior Consultant

I am a Senior Consultant based in the Manchester office and I look after commercial Private Practice recruitment in the North West. I predominantly focus on placing qualified legal professionals in non-contentious disciplines.

Formerly a Barristers’ Clerk, I started in recruitment in 2007 and have worked as a head-hunter and, more recently, a contingent legal recruiter across the North since then. I live in South Manchester and have a keen interest in all sports, regularly watching Manchester United in the winter and playing (admittedly poor) golf in the summer.

Savita Devi
Consultant

I am a Recruitment Consultant at Anakin Seal. I currently recruit fee earners across the East and West Midlands into private practice at all levels of qualification including Paralegals, Legal Executives and Solicitors.

I focus predominantly on contentious disciplines within the insurance sector including Personal Injury, Employers Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.

I am a Law graduate from the University of Westminster and went on to complete my LPC at the College of Law in London. I went on to spend over 2 years within private practice before joining the Birmingham office of Anakin Seal in September 2010.

Shaun Hobson
Consultant

I am a Recruitment Consultant at Anakin Seal based in our Leeds Office. I specialise in the placement of candidates in Yorkshire and the North East. I joined the company in April 2012 and solely focus on the recruitment of non qualified candidates.

I come from a strong professional services background having worked within regulated businesses for 14 years and most recently gained recruitment experience at an international recruiter based in Leeds.

In my spare time I am a keen sportsman . My first passion is football and I was once luckily enough to be selected for England at junior Level.

Alison Yoffey
Administrator

I joined Anakin Seal in Birmingham in January 2004 as an Administrator, prior to that I lived in Israel for 9 years where I worked as a Legal Secretary in one of the largest law firms in Tel Aviv.

Gillian Hughes
Administrator

I joined Anakin Seal as an Administrator in the Manchester Office in August 2011 and bring with me 6 years worth of Legal Recruitment Administration experience. Previous to this I was a senior secretary for a leading Chartered Surveyors for 5 years.
